Return procedure 

You can return the products you have purchased with your invoice within 7 days, provided that they are not used. 

• The products you want to return will be returned to the Inovastil company, which is the seller, with the payment of the shipping fee.

• The product received by us for the return process will be examined for compliance with the return conditions stated above, and if it is suitable for return, the transaction will be approved and returned.

Refund

The amount of your returned product will be transferred to your account or credit card within 3 business days.
